Yes, you can add any number of clients under your account with SuperAides to place a booking for services.

Yes, you need to add your credit card details for booking a service. All payments for our services are processed via online credit card transactions.

SuperAides does not store any financial information of our clients on our servers or site. All charges are processed through an authorized third-party payment processor on behalf of SuperAides.

You can cancel your booking free of charge before 24 hours of actual booking time. There is a cancellation fee that is charged if cancel the booking in less than 24 hours’ notice or after the Aide is in transit.

Yes, you can extend the service if it’s an ongoing service or if the Aide is available during the time of booking. Service can be extended upto 9:00 PM.

Our SuperAide Buddies are available from 07:00 AM – 09:00 PM (EST), 7 days a week.

Yes, the minimum hours of service for a booking are 3 hours.

Yes. Our SuperAides undergo rigorous interviews, reference checks, criminal background checks, license verifications, and training, as necessary. We understand the importance of keeping our clients safe and happy, so we screen our SuperAides with the highest standards for social skills, honesty, kindness, work ethic and reliability. We also check motor vehicle records.

Yes, you can add up to 3 SuperAide under your favourite Aide list. You can request the same SuperAide, if the aide is available.

Our services are on-demand and covered by a range of services like – Transportation (within a radius of 12 miles), non-medical house needs, Companionship, Technology, etc.

SuperAide offers a variety of services including home cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and personal shopping, help with technology, help with setting up meetings with your doctor, help with technology.
