To avail SuperAides services, You need to register through our website ( https://caretaker.superaides.com/auth/registration ) or via mobile app which is available in PlayStore (SuperAides - for Android) and in App Store (SuperAides - for iOS).
How can I check if SuperAides services are available in my area/locality?
You can check the service availability by logging into SA app or website and entering the zip code of your area/locality.
Can I use my account in SuperAides to book services for my family members/friends?
Yes, you can add any number of clients under your account with SuperAides to place a booking for services.
Do I need to add my credit card details for booking a service?
Yes, you need to add your credit card details for booking a service. All payments for our services are processed via online credit card transactions.
How safe is my credit card transaction in SuperAides?
SuperAides does not store any financial information of our clients on our servers or site. All charges are processed through an authorized third-party payment processor on behalf of SuperAides.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your booking free of charge before 24 hours of actual booking time. There is a cancellation fee that is charged if cancel the booking in less than 24 hours’ notice or after the Aide is in transit.
Is it possible to extend the service hours if required?
Yes, you can extend the service if it’s an ongoing service or if the Aide is available during the time of booking. Service can be extended upto 9:00 PM.
What are our Hours of service?
Our SuperAide Buddies are available from 07:00 AM – 09:00 PM (EST), 7 days a week.
Are there minimum hours of service for a booking?
Yes, the minimum hours of service for a booking are 3 hours.
Do you perform background checks on SuperAides Buddies?
Yes. Our SuperAides undergo rigorous interviews, reference checks, criminal background checks, license verifications, and training, as necessary. We understand the importance of keeping our clients safe and happy, so we screen our SuperAides with the highest standards for social skills, honesty, kindness, work ethic and reliability. We also check motor vehicle records.
Can I request the same SuperAide for my visits?
Yes, you can add up to 3 SuperAide under your favourite Aide list. You can request the same SuperAide, if the aide is available.
What services do SuperAides provide?
Our services are on-demand and covered by a range of services like – Transportation (within a radius of 12 miles), non-medical house needs, Companionship, Technology, etc.
What services does SuperAides offer?
SuperAide offers a variety of services including home cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and personal shopping, help with technology, help with setting up meetings with your doctor, help with technology.
How do I book a service ?

How much does it cost to use the service ?
The cost of our services start with $30/hour. You can get an estimate by selecting the service you need and entering the duration on our website or app.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service provided by SuperAide ?
If you are not satisfied with the service provided by, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Can I book for multiple days?
You can book for as many days as you need for up to 3 months. But each request is for a single day.
Is travel included when requesting for server or is Ride changed extra?
Yes, travel is included provided that the travel is within 5-mile radius. Additional miles will be charged.
