Yes, our visits require a minimum of 3 hours per booking. This ensures your SuperAide has enough time to provide meaningful and unrushed support.

Absolutely! Many families use one account to arrange services for parents, grandparents, or loved ones. You’ll be able to manage all bookings and details from one place.

SuperAides provide safe, non-medical companion care. This includes:

• Friendly conversation and social interaction
• Help with errands, light household tasks, and organization
• Meal companionship (heating a meal, light prep assistance).
• Transportation to appointments, shopping, or community events
• Technology assistance (help with smartphones, tablets, or video calls)
• Wellness check-ins and reminders (hydration, taking a walk, etc.)

We do not provide any medical, personal/home care, or clinical services such as administering medication, wound care, or nursing.
